Terms of Service

TinyTastes is an AI-assisted baby food recipe and meal planning tool designed for parents of infants and toddlers. It is operated by an independent developer based in India.

The service is available at tinytastes.in and requires account registration to use.

All recipes, meal plans, and nutritional information generated by TinyTastes are AI-generated suggestions and are provided for informational purposes only.

TinyTastes is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult your paediatrician before introducing new foods, especially if your baby has known allergies, intolerances, or health conditions.

We are not liable for any adverse reactions, health outcomes, or consequences arising from the use of recipes or meal plans generated by TinyTastes.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use TinyTastes. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) for whom you are creating profiles.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and baby profiles. Providing false information (such as a fabricated baby date of birth to circumvent age-based recipe logic) may result in account suspension.

You may not share your account with other people or use another person's account.

Free accounts may generate up to 5 recipes. Free accounts do not have access to the weekly meal planner, PDF export, or multiple baby profiles.

We reserve the right to change the free tier limits at any time. Existing free users will be given reasonable notice of material reductions.

Premium access is available for ₹199 per year (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Payment is processed by Razorpay. By completing payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your card or bank details.

Premium access is activated immediately upon successful payment verification. Your subscription is valid for 365 days from the date of payment.

Renewals are not automatic — you will need to purchase again after your subscription expires. We will attempt to notify you before your subscription ends.

Because TinyTastes is a digital service that is immediately accessible upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds once premium access has been activated.

If you believe you were charged in error, or if the service was unavailable for a significant period after your payment, please contact us at hello@tinytastes.in within 7 days of payment and we will review your case.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You agree not to misuse TinyTastes. Prohibited activities include:

— Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the recipe generation system

— Using automated tools to generate large volumes of recipes beyond normal personal use

— Attempting to bypass the free tier limit by creating multiple accounts

— Using the service for any commercial purpose without written permission

We aim to keep TinyTastes available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Railway, DeepSeek API).

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.

The TinyTastes name, logo, and original content are owned by the developer. AI-generated recipes are not claimed as proprietary — you are free to use, print, and share them for personal, non-commercial use.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (baby profiles, custom notes). By submitting this content you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TinyTastes and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription (₹199).

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the app or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of TinyTastes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
